Broken Road Supplements “Free Tub” Sweepstakes — Official Rules

Sponsor: Broken Road Supplements, LLC, 90 West 500 South, Bountiful, UT, 84010, US.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of [Utah or 50 U.S./D.C.], 18+. Void where prohibited. Employees/household members of Sponsor are not eligible.

Promotion Period: Starts [07/01/2025] and ends [TBD].

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, submit first name, last name, and valid email at brokenroadsupplements.com. No purchase necessary. Limit one (1) entry per person/email. Entries generated by script or bot are void.

Prize/ARV: One (1) winner will receive one (1) tub of Broken Road pre-workout (ARV: $[29.99). Prize is non-transferable; no cash alternative. Odds depend on number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection/Notification: Sponsor will conduct a random drawing within [7] days after the Promotion Period. Potential winner will be notified via email sent to the address provided and must respond within [5] days with eligibility confirmation and a U.S. shipping address. If not timely, ineligible, or undeliverable, Sponsor may select an alternate.

Prize Fulfillment: Prize ships within 30 days of winner verification, at Sponsor’s expense.

General Conditions: By entering, you agree to these Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims arising from participation or prize receipt/use, to the extent permitted by law. All taxes are winner’s responsibility.

Publicity: Where lawful, winner grants Sponsor the right to use name and hometown for winner announcement without further compensation.
